The lower course of the Agger, Sülz and Sieg rivers are ideally suited to cycling with the whole family. The extensive, flat wetlands mean that there are hardly any inclines to overcome. The Agger-Sülz-Radweg (Agger-Sülz Cycle Trail) is almost entirely off the traffic routes along natural trails through a diverse cultural landscape.
Rösrath and Overath train stations are recommended as starting points and destinations for exploring the entire route. Both towns are serviced by the RB25 regional train.

From Bergisch Gladbach (S-Bahn), there is an access route to the Agger-Sülz-Radweg (Agger-Sülz Cycle Trail) as far as Rösrath (approx. 15 km). This railway line cycle route runs almost completely through the Königsforst forest area.

The Agger-Sülz-Radweg (Agger-Sülz Cycle Trail) and its access route are signposted throughout. There are many opportunities to stop for refreshments along the way.

In Saint Augustin, there is a connection to Radweg Sieg (Sieg Cycle Trail) continuing on in the direction of Bonn or Hennef, in Bergisch Gladbach to the Strunde-Radweg (Strunde Cycle Trail) and on to Cologne. The Agger-Sülz-Radweg (Agger-Sülz Cycle Trail) will be extended to the north by an additional 115 km loop trail and a connection to the Bergische Panoramaweg (Bergisch Panorama Cycle Trail) in Wipperfürth in the next few years.
